Bhimasani Harinarayan Memorial Scholarship Fund (BHMSF) will be established in the memory of my father Sri. Bhimasani Harinarayan who passed away on Sep 10th 2016, to help financial need students from a rural area of Telangana to obtain a college education. To begin with, one scholarship will be awarded on a competitive basis to graduating intermediate students from eligible areas. Award of Rs. 50,000/- will be available to help cover the cost of tuition, fees, and assist a student’s college expenses. Winners will be notified by email.

Fund

The fund will be completely funded by the Bhimasani family with an objective to financial assist aspiring students for the college education

Eligibility

• Be a 10+2 student attending a public or private Junior College.
• Be a candidate for Junior college graduation or 10+2 graduating student at the end of the current academic year, and plan to enroll as a full-time student in an accredited four-year college or university in the Telangana district the following academic year.
• The applicant must be a Indian citizen who has resided for a minimum period two years in the 31 districts of Telangana (shown below) immediately preceding the application.
• Demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and strong participation and leadership in school activities and community service.
• Financial need will be considered.
